Richard J. Bogomolny National Service Award

Outstanding individuals in the ensemble music field (from Elliott Carter and the members of the Kronos Quartet to Billy Taylor and Chick Corea) have received CMA’s National Service Award. Named in honor of CMA’s visionary board chairman Richard J. Bogomolny, the award has been presented annually since 1980 to those who have made lasting, significant contributions to chamber music. Nominations are made by CMA’s board of directors.
