Join friends new and old and special celebrity Festival artists for a celebration of the cuisine of the California Missions. The baroque-era Spanish settlers of California cooked with flavors of their native Spain combined with the flavors and ingredients introduced to them by the indigenous population. Chefs Greg Holt and Charles Myers of Big Sky Café will create an elegant, al fresco menu for this pre-concert fundraiser, using ingredients from local farms coupled with historic recipes and paired with award-winning California Central Coast wines from Claiborne and Churchill.
