Description
Stile Antico, the stunning thirteen-voice English choir, sings a Passiontide and Easter program. The Passion story unfolds, drawing on renaissance English and Continental music by Taverner, Gibbons, Lhéritier, Victoria, and others. William Cornysh’s anguished Woefully arrayed will be matched by John McCabe’s contemporary piece of the same title, written for Stile Antico.
