Description

In 2005 Rafal Blechacz was the uncontested winner of the 15th Frederic Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw, garnering not only the Grand Prize, but also all four of the special prizes (mazurka, polonaise, concerto and sonata) and the Competition’s audience prize as well.   Now with an exclusive Deutsche Grammophon recording contract, many awards and much acclaim, Blechacz makes his Chicago debut.
