Intense, strong-willed, the hottest and the coldest; these fiery virtuosos set the world ablaze with their Scorpio creativity and originality. During the 2017-2018 season, “Dal Segno” we expose the horoscope signs of quintessential chamber music composers, combining stories of their personalities with chamber works that exude their most expressive traits. Simmering Scorpio will feature works by Fanny Mendelssohn, Paganini, Borodin, and Bizet; performed by Matthew Treviño, Charles Wetherbee, Gregory Sauer, and Michelle Schumann.
