Description

Bass clarinetist/composer Todd Marcus will present a performance of his suite Blues for Tahrir as well as new works commissioned by Chamber Music America. Marcus’ emotional works explore hope and loss, and are inspired by the Egyptian uprising of 2011 and his recent travels to Egypt. Docent-led tours of the Egyptian galleries will be given during intermission.
