Bloom has toured North America, Europe and Asia; appears on 35 recordings from labels including Sony Classical, Dorian, & Leo Records; is a winner of the American Musicological Society’s Noah Greenberg Award. Rupert has given solo recitals from Carnegie Hall to Beijing Concert Hall and has performed with orchestras and chamber groups throughout the U.S.

Flutist Peter H. Bloom reports that Noteworthy Sheet Music has published his flute transcription of Fantaisie Opus 124 by Camille Saint-Saëns. The piece, originally for violin & harp, is frequently performed by Bloom and harpist Mary Jane Rupert in thier global tours as the duo "2".
