Beth Anderson (b. 1950) is a composer of new Romantic music, text-sound works, and musical theater. String quartets, woodwind quintets, brass quintets, piano solo and concerto, mixed ensembles, songs, and solos. Born in Kentucky, she studied at Mills College and at the University of California at Davis. She produces Women's Work, a concert series that enjoyed its ninth season in March 2012.
