Juneau Jazz & Classics presents a 16-day music festival each May featuring world-class jazz, blues, and classical musicians in one of the most beautiful settings on earth. In addition to ticketed concerts, Juneau Jazz & Classics presents free, community events throughout Southeast Alaska, conducts workshops and master classes, and organizes an extensive Outreach & Education program to guarantee the accessibility of superlative live music for all people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Juneau Jazz & Classics is pleased to have received a CMA Residency Partnership Grant for our 2016 Festival to present Third Coast Percussion in a 7-day residency that will educate and enrich audiences of all ages through interactive performances, lectures & workshops throughout Juneau.
