Ensemble for These Times (E4TT) brings new, nearly new, forbidden, and forgotten music to light. We focus on 20th and 21st century music that is relevant, engaging, original and compelling. It is music that resonates today and will speak to tomorrow. We strongly believe in the power of artistic beauty, intelligence, wit, lyricism, and irony to create a deep understanding of our times and the human condition.
Instrumentation is soprano and piano, often augmented by cello. Concerts feature all combinations, from solo to duo to trio (when cello is on the program).
International Debut: Berlin 2012; Hungary tour, 2014 (Daniel Pearl World Music Days). Upcoming: Krakow Culture Festival 2016.
