NSM recently published Walter Finlayson’s 3 Pagan Dances for percussion ensemble. Exciting, fun to listen to, and quite intoxicating, these pieces make great programming options for percussion bands from high school to professional.

Hi everyone! I recently attended the Chamber Music America 40th conference. What a great experience! I highly recommend for you to attend it next year! I am also in the process of mixing my next project which was made possible through the New Works Grant from CMA and the Doris Duke Charitable Foundation.

We were thrilled to have David Biedenbender and his family participate in our Thanksgiving Holiday Concerts! David introduced the emotional back story of "Red Vesper", the work which inspired us to seek him out for the commission. David plans to return in the spring and to be in residence to work on the commission.
