Check out Hewitt's "Trip to Nahant" for flute and clarinet. Typical of American music of the period, "Trip" is charming, light in texture & subject, well-suited for flute & clarinet duet.

Gene Ess "Fractal Attraction" finished tracking for the new album to be released in 2013 Spring. With Thana Alexa on voice, David Berkman on piano, Gene Jackson on drums, Thomson Kneeland on bass, and Gene Ess on guitar and compositions.
Great performance of Camerata Urbana Ensemble at the Red Hot + Cuba, last Saturday. Thanks to the ensemble for playing such a magical music.
I'll be showcasing at the CMA Conference at the Westin Times Square in NYC on Friday, January 18. The band will be Taylor Eigsti (piano), Peter Slavov (bass), Kendrick Scott (drums), and me (saxophone).
