JACK Quartet

JACK will be premiering Cenk Ergün's Celare and Sonare, commissioned by Chamber Music America, March 2 at the Cleveland Museum of Art, followed by a May 23 performance as part of the NY Phil Biennial!

SANATOMA Piano Duo - Hokkaido residency, July 3-8 2016 Performances and lectures with pianist Satomi Tozawa (primo) for Nishiokoppe schools, and fundraiser for village home for elderly. Program comprised of women who are composers , including Amy Beach, Cecile Chaminade, Violet Archer, and Japanese composers Makiko Kinoshita.

Noteworthy Sheet Music

Alexander Glazunov’s “Elegy”, Op.44, was written for viola and piano in 1893. The viola melody is without double stops and readily transcribed for other instruments. A lovely version for Bb clarinet has been created by J. W. Pratt and is now available from NSM.
