Ex Machina by March Mellits is hot off the press and ready for performance! We are excited to be a part of this commission consortium. Be on the lookout for performances by us, Project Fusion, Kenari Quartet, Donald Sinta Quartet, Zzyzx Quartet, Assembly Quartet, and Barkada Quartet in 2017!


The Living Earth Show is excited to premiere To Be The Thing, composed and featuring a vocal performance by Ted Hearne. This commission has been made possible by the Chamber Music America Classical Commissioning Program, with generous funding provided by The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, and the Chamber Music America Endowment Fund.

Noteworthy Sheet Music

John Pratt created a transcription of Carl Maria von Weber’s “Andante e Rondo Ongarese”, Op.35, for Bb clarinet (and piano).  This is a showpiece, written in 1809 for viola, but revised in 1813 for bassoon; it also works really well on clarinet. 


We have just wrapped up our recording of Paul Moravec's Piano Quartet, which we were overjoyed to commission.  It's a thrilling piece and we're looking forward to its release later this spring!
