Cantus MN the nation's only full-time, artist-led vocal ensemble seeks mats from tenors, baritones and basses for the '14/'15 seas. Renewable, salaried positions w/ benefits package (med/dent/disability/403b match). Postmark deadline: Jan 2, '14. Auds: Feb 28, '14.


Duo LiveOak will be participating in the 50th Anniversary celebrations at the Hartt School Guitar Dept. next April. Frank Wallace will write music for the Duo and five ensembles of Hartt graduates and faculty.


New York Debut concert, Bohemian Trio will premiere works from composers of the Americas, North and South. The program will draw from a unique repertoire of traditions, voices and aesthetics of music genres such as Tango, Jazz, Afro-Cuban and Brazilian music. Nov. 5th at Dimena Center. 7:30 pm


Sharing great news. I was awarded with the prestigious Cintas Fellowship 2013 for composers. This is the most important recognition to composers of Cuban descend. It is a great honored to me. Yosvany


2014 will mark the camp's 20th anniversary.  


We are excited to be invited to Brush Creek Arts Foundation for a residency in spring 2014.  This time will coincide nicely with the planing of our forthcoming CD on Albany Records, so it will be a great opportunity to hone our literature for that project!

Allegria Ensemble

The Allegria Ensemble has received funding from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts to present five in-school performances audiences new to classical music.  Entitled "How to Listen to Classical Music:  What to Know to Enjoy the Show" these performances introduce new audiences to a wide range of styles in chamber music.
