It was gratifyling to recieve a standing ovation from the full house that turned out for our performance August 24! Among the many pieces performed were Cantaloupe Island by Herbie Hancock , Now He Sings Now He Sobs by Chick Corea, Peace by Horace Silver, and Alice in Wonderland made famous by Bill Evans.

Chamber Innovista, the University of South Carolina’s newest chamber music series, opens the 2013–2014 season on Tuesday, November 19 with the world-renowned Parker Quartet. The series of world-class, innovative and original chamber music is affiliated with Innovista, the university’s research and innovation district.
