Harlem Quartet
As a quartet, we have begun setting up visiting residencies. Mobile, Alabama, 2016-17.

The Arab Music Ensemble of Las Vegas is thrilled to receive the CMA Residency Partnership Program grant with the Clark County Parks and Recreation Cultural Arts Program and the Clark County School District, bringing a 'first hand' experience of Middle Eastern culture to Las Vegas Youth


The Moab Music Festival is honored to receive a CMA Residency Partnership Program Grant to present the Fry Street String Quartet in Moab, UT in late October, 2016. This residency includes Community Partners: HMK Elementary, Grand Center Senior programs, KZMU Community Radio, Gallery Moab, and Star Hall.

“From the Drawer” by P.H.Bloom, in a new NSM edition for tenor or soprano and saxophone quartet, provides an intriguing musical setting for the intensely emotional 1923 poem of the same name by Constantine Cavafy.


The Admiral Launch Duo was granted funding to record an album of mainly new works for saxophone and harp. Recording will take place in January, 2017, and will feature works by Stephen J. Rush, Yusef A. Lateef, Natalie Moller, Patrick O'Malley, Christine Delphine Hedden, and Ida Gotkovsky.


Our recording titled; "Discovering the Classical Sting Trio" is now available at MSR Classics ( and on Amazon. Seven newly redeiscovered Classical String Trios performed on period instruents!

At the moment, Marcus is preparing for an upcoming tour with his ensemble. The group will accompany the Lula Washington Dance Theatre for several performances from May-June. He has also been in the studio working on a couple of album projects for artists including M & M, Project World Drum, Chris Leva, & Universe X.
