REGISTRATION


Online Registration for the Anniversary Conference Is Now Closed.

If you are still planning to attend, you may register in person at conference headquarters on the 9th floor of the Westin New York, starting Thursday evening, January 3, at 5:00pm. The registration desk will be open throughout the conference.

Registration Schedule
Early registration rates are in effect through November 12. The regular registration period is November 13 to December 21. On-site registration rates are in effect beginning December 22.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing and will be accepted until 5:00 PM, Thursday, December 27. A $45 administrative fee will be deducted from refunds. No refunds will be issued after December 27.

Mentoring
Are you a first-timer? CMA will match new attendees with conference veterans. Please note on the registration form if you'd like to have a mentor or serve as one.

Volunteers
Volunteers help staff administer conference activities and receive discounts on registration fees. CMA makes every effort to schedule work time to avoid conflicts with sessions volunteers wish to attend. For more information, please mark the volunteer box on the registration form, or contact econference@chamber-music.org.

NYC Guide
Registrants may wish to order The Official NYC Guide, a pocket-size, comprehensive book covering information on transportation, sightseeing, museums, performing arts, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and sports. Order on the registration form.
