Sounding Board

I would love to hear from women jazz composers and their experiences in successfully applying for grants, fellowships and residencies.  It would appear from the disproportionate numbers of women represented in awards that women jazz composers don't exist.  What are some thoughts out there about this?  www.LenoraHelm.com
